facebook support

Asked by amias

whilst i appreciate that facebook chat is difficult to support because its not well documented or reliable it would be very useful to be able to use it from with in empathy.

I am happy to help test code and builds if it helps and am reasonably familiar with compiling applications in linux.

Hi, amias.

There's a bug report for facebook to support XMPP. I don't know the progress of it, but here's a link:

http://bugs.developers.facebook.com/show_bug.cgi?id=3152

Here's another page for a dirty way of getting it to work in empathy:

I am keen on a native Facebook Chat in Empathy too. Thank you if you are the one who knows how to make this happen.

You can fetch support for chat characters. Not instantly but I think some threaten bug removal will help you out in same. Given answers are much considerable. Though, see this https://gonetech.net/facebook-customer-support-number/

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask amias for more information if necessary.
