Are there any mailing lists yet?

This question was expired because it remained in the 'Open' state without activity for the last 15 days.

Setting up public mailing lists for Elisa (once known as Moovida 1.0) is more important now that Fluendo have publicly announced their plans for Moovida 2.0 and subsequence blog post about open source:

The last sentence reads: "We are not going to maintain Moovida 1.0’s Python framework for long, but hey it’s free software, if someone wants to make something out of it, help yourself!"

Yes there is a mailing list: <email address hidden>, a team was formed at http://launchpad.net/elisa-developers and we have a wiki at http://wiki.elisa-media-center.org.

We also tend to sit on irc://#<email address hidden>/. See you there!

I think you mean https://launchpad.net/~elisa-developers (with a tidle) ;)

However it seems you have to be approved to join the team before being able to access that mailing list...

A public mailing list for non developers (i.e. end users) might also be worthwhile later on (assuming Moovida wouldn't want this on their forum).
