Problems in the packaged for elementary OS

Hey there I have been looking all over for a solution to my problem but it seems that there is no one that has the same problem as me. so her it goes:

I'm trying to upgrade with " Sudo apt-get upgrade " But it seems that there is a problem with the packaged for some of the dependencies.

her is what I get out as an error when trying to update:

The PPAs listed with warnings and errors do not have any software for xenial or do not exist at all. Just remove the reference to them from your package management configuration.
