Calendar shows events with wrong time and/or on the wrong date.

Asked by jadesoturi

I've setup a sync between my ownCloud calendar and the calendar app in Loki. The events are displayed but seem to be displayed 2 hours two early and/or on the wrong day(f ex events from Thursday can be displayed as events on Friday(in the pane on the right side when that day is selected. They are shown on the correct day in the month view)).

What can be wrong? The same calendar sync correctly to other clients(caldav on android f ex). My timezone is correct(Europe/Oslo).

Owncloud ver. 9.1.0 - if more info needed, please specify.

Also, after trying to add a new event in the calendar app, my owncloud calendar hangs(wont load in the webui), but the new event is synced to my other devices..

Thanks

Also, not possible to select the CalDav calendar as "default calendar". every time i do this, it gets "reset" to the "Birthdays" calendar.

So, deleting the event and changing the timezone on owncloud install from UTC+2 to Europe/Oslo, made the owncloud calendar load again and it displays the event. Now adding new events also works, but the old events are still displayed 2 hours to early and 1 day forward. e.g. events from friday are shown as events on saturday(in the pane on the right side). also, is there a way to "force" a sync action? Right now I have to wait for like 20-30 min or relogin into my session for it to update.
