Phabricator?

Has there been any discussion of using Phabricator as a bug tracker? I find it much friendlier than Launchpad, personally, though I understand that most of Ubuntu does its business with its own bug tracker (and that elementary OS thus will interact with it). Especially with the recent announcement that the design team was entirely using GitHub, I was curiously unable to fine any discussion of Phabricator for bug tracking.
