Feature request: Uninstall

Asked by Anthony Shively

Just an idea here, but I was using Linux Mint 18 for a while waiting for Loki release. In the LM 18 Cinnamon desktop, when you right-click an app in the applications menu, there's an option to Uninstall. Clicking it brings up a status window from Synaptic Package Manager, and it executes a dpkg remove code, and it's gone.

No having to go into the App Center and click on updates, click on the app and click Uninstall.

Not sure what it would take to implement this in Pantheon, but it's super handy and would improve the UX, especially for people coming over from Windows/Mac.
