ERROR WHEN TRYING TO UPADATE AND UPGRADE ELEMENTRY OS FREYA and UNABLE TO INSTALL THIRD PARTY APPLICATIOS

hi,yesterday i installed elementary os freya,but after instlling iam unable to update system and unable to install third party APPS
PLEASE HELP ME IAM BEGINNER TO LINUX DISTROS

hello, thanks a lot for pointing out root cause i formatted partition and reinstalled freya os again and now working fine.
