i cant fill the online Pdf forms when i enter the form it will directly downloaded but it has to open in browser only

 Dear sir/madam,

i cant fill the online Pdf form when i enter the form it will directly downloaded but it has to open in browser only . i was tried changing pdf readers and all but it has same problem but in windows it works perfectly
