Does 'fix committed' means something else in eOS community ?

I'm asking this because i thought that 'fix committed' meant that the bug was fixed but yet released but i see people working on bugs in bountysource withs are already labeled 'fix committed'.

BountySource usually takes about a day to pull updates from launchpad. So it's fully possible to see that a bug has already been fixed in laubchpad, but bountysource thinks that it's still open.

"Fix Commited" means that something has been fixed in the current development trunk/master/main.
