cannot boot windows 8.1 after unstalling elem. os

I deleted the drive in which os was and created a new drive where I installed windows. The windows installation is fine and after restarting there is black blank page with a blinking cursor.i think it has something to do with windows 8 boot loader. What can I do to boot the windows?

Uninstalling eOS you also uninstalled grub.
Installing another linux-based distro (almost everyone uses grub) will solve the issue.

If you want to run only windows, you must install the windows loader from the windows installation disk.
