Lost Bootloader After Re-Installing Win7

I had to re-install windows7. Now Grub is gone. can't access Elementary anymore. Do I have to re-install?

Look with a partition editor if elementary is still there. There is a windows program to install grub, but I forgot what it is called. Also, this isn't a support channel, so you won't get much help ever.
