elementary OS

Cannot install Elementary OS in Samsung Laptop

Dear Team,

I have downloaded Luna and when trying to install it would go beyond the Screen where it shows "the computer has 4 GB space, Connected to power source and Internet" After that screen nothing happens. The Disk partition screen does not come.

While installing Ubuntu 13.04, I had to choose "nomodeset', so I tried that in elementary also. That was also futile.

Any help will be appreciated. By the looks of it Elementary seems super OS!

Guyz it worked.... Itz a great OS... I am keeping it forever...

Dont come up with something annoying like 'Unity'.... Dont have to release 2 versions a year... take your time...

Make it better....
