Simple scan opens with segmentation fault (core dumped)

Hi,

Since ...today when trying to open Simple scan from App'menu, nothing happens.

Trying to launch from terminal, it says :

segmentation fault (core dumped)

I quit my session and log back in → no change
restart pc → no change
restart my HP Deskjet F4180 / checked any wire → no change / no misconnexion
lsusb → Bus 002 Device 005: ID 03f0:7e04 Hewlett-Packard DeskJet F4100 Printer series

It has already worked before. Where should I look for ?

This should get fixed in the next 12 hours, sorry about that. I'm converting this to a bug so its progress can be tracked publicly.
