open just new tab when terminal is already opened

Is it possible to open just new tab in pantheon-terminal instead of new window when ctrl+alt+t is triggered, if one pantheon-terminal window is already opened? Plank is very uncomfortable with many windows of same app opened.

Ctrl+Shift+T opens a new tab. If you want to do it with Plank, it's not possible.
