When will be translating available?

I think the elementary project is doing really well, that's why I wanted to translate the project. But I've seen you don't provide any tools for translating, so I was wondering if you would provide any in the future.

Each elementary project is translated separately in Launchpad. Most translations are already uploaded, they're just stuck in Launchpad import queue. I have access to most of them now, so I might try to push them more directly.
We now have a list of projects at launchpad.net/elementary.
Sorry for late reply, we have been setting up the infrastructure.
