where is recycle bin/trash can

I cannot find the trash can/recycle bin any where, in other linux programs (ubuntu) it is always visible

You can see the trash bin by opening the file manager. You can also add it to desktop (check the customization pdf on elementaryos.org faq page) or to the dock itself.
