Integrating Ejecter with the new notifications of Ubuntu

After removing the removable media was good visualize Eject a warning stating that it is safe to remove the media.
A good way to do this could be through the new notifications of ubuntu.

Maybe for 0.4 or 0.5, I had a look at how to do that but it's not really straightforward
