there are many videos and howtos in internet/youtube and ehcp.net

in short,
After installing, you may use ehcp to do:
- setup hosting accounts including ftp
- mysql database add/removal
- ftp setup
- email add/remove/forward
- install many 3rd party scripts via "easy install scripts" feature, such as wordpress, joomla
- you may even install wordpress directly while adding domain, in single step

Ehcp is first hosting control panel that supports nginx out of the box.
