Easy Hosting Control Panel for Ubuntu

vsftpd not start in ubuntu 10.04 lts

I install de ehcp ubuntu 32bits but the ftp not star in the panel.

I try put apache2 and ngxing but in both the vsftpd not working.

in syslog say this mensage. What i have to do?
