Move sites to new server

To move sites from old server running v0.29 to a new server running v0.34

Do you only need:

Backup mysql databases (that are listed in ehcp): Yes
Backup Site files: Yes
Backup ehcp files itself: NO
Backup ehcp database itself: NO

Is this correct?

backup ehcp db also
ehcp db contains domainnames, emails etc.
after restoring, logout&login back. this adjusts some db fields,
which are new in new versions.
