Default page is all that is seen

Asked by Jamie Crilly

Hi,

I used to have EHCP running on my old server and this new one without problems until I accidentally accepted an upgrade to 11.04 without having a backup of critical config files.

Reinstalled 10.10 server, ehcp, created account with same settings (account, ftp, domain) as previous but all I get is same default page when viewing.

Altering any page within the directory is ignored.

Been down since Thursday and affecting 4 domains.

Now getting the following error when restarting Apache2

Syntax error on line 5 of /var/www/new/ehcp/apachehcp.conf:
Invalid command 'server', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
Action 'configtest' failed.

Please advise (self-taught newbie with some knowledge just not enough!)

to fix most things,
do ehcp->options->fix mail config
ehcp->options->sync domains

if problem continues after those two commands,
check apachetemplate file
I am sending you standard apachetemplate file

Thanks for the response, however I did a fresh build from 10.10 server upwards installing EHCP immediately after install and that seems to have fixed the problem immediately. Will keep this in mind however.
