The official sample adapter does not support multiple victim:replacement pairs [because such support is not necessary to illustrate the basics of the content adaptation concept].

Needless to say, you may modify that adapter or write your own adapter that does support multiple victim:replacement pairs.

I forgot to mention that this Q&A interface is not suitable for sharing code. If you want somebody to write an adapter for you, with the features you want, you will need to find a developer willing to do that for you. FWIW, that development would not be specific to eCAP so no background knowledge about eCAP would be necessary to complete it.
