Is it possible to adapt HTTPS messages?

Is it somehow possible to adapt body content from any Https request and forward it to the client?

From the eCAP point of view, it is possible to adapt any HTTP message.

Whether a host application can decrypt HTTPS traffic is application-dependent. For example, Squid can be configured to be a man-in-the-middle and decrypt HTTPS (look for SslBump and related features).
