Indexing errors

Hello,

I am trying to automatically index some TEM CBED patterns. I adjust the images to look like EBSD images, and the Hough Transform looks really good. I also adjust the microscope configuration to something similar to the TEM setup.

When running an experiment, all steps work great where the peaks in Hough space are identified, but the Null Indexing and Kreiger Lassen Indexing pull up errors. For the Null Indexing, the error is:

"Source: rmlshared.thread.VolatilePlugIn
Exception: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException0"

For the Kreiger Lassen, I get:

"Source: rmlshared.thread.VolatilePlugIn
Exception: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException
Invalid x(-13). Must be between 0 and 676"

The initial image is 677 pixels, but I don't understand why one of the pixels would have a negative value.
