can not open easyubuntu

I installed easyubuntu according to : http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Dapper#How_to_use_Easy_Ubuntu

or

wget http://easyubuntu.freecontrib.org/files/easyubuntu-3.023.tar.gz
tar -zxf easyubuntu-3.023.tar.gz
cd easyubuntu
sudo python easyubuntu.in

the file downloaded to my tmp file.

everthing work fine but easyubuntu does not launch uder applications>system tools>

it is missing from my system tool menu...

any suggestions on getting easyubuntu luanched. Further it does not show up in the synaptic package manager
