Binary package hint: gnome-panel

when i am starting easy ubuntu first it is showing some busy icon and the it will not start after that no any downloading package will start it will show to correct this problem

i got same bug...

i had power crash while installing some packages,,, now when i cant install any progs now with add and remove or with synaptic package manager, it shows error:

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.
