Selectable repository addresses

For users with more than one repository in use (commonly a private repo and one or more shared repos) selectable repository addresses for both CREATE and GET functions would help. Otherwise you have to pick the mostly commonly used one as the default and then either edit the defaults folder or do the others manually.
