Asked by Nasser

I am not sure this is the correct place to report this. I followed the link from http://dvisvgm.sourceforge.net/Contact and it said to post questions about dvisvgm here.
I use texlive 2014 on Linux

>dvisvgm --version
dvisvgm (TeX Live) 1.6

When running this to convert images to svg during building process using tex4ht, the program crashes

processing page 9189
  page is empty

make: *** [report.htm] Error 1

the command used is this

dvisvgm -n -TS1.25,1.25 -c 1.2,1.2 -p 1- file.idv

where file.idv is file generated by latex/tex4ht. It is similar to dvi file. contains one image per page.

I can make the file available is someone wants to try this.

Hi Nasser,

thanks for reporting this issue. As you're using dvisvgm 1.6, you're probably facing an old bug in dvisvgm's font engine that has been fixed in version 1.8. Nonetheless, please send me the DVI/IDV file for further investigations (use the email address shown at the bottom when typing "dvisvgm --help").
If you're familiar with compiling programs from source, please download dvisvgm 1.9 from the website and try to convert your file again.

Regards,
Martin
