Use with Oracle cloud

Asked by Tom Breed

I would like to use duplicity within the Oracle cloud, running Oracle databases 12C and application servers running Weblogic, both on Linux 7.

We already use it local with a FTP backend, but now we want to use it with the backend of the Oracle cloud, so my question is, is it possible and is it documented somewhere ?

Regards,

Tom

I'm not terribly familiar with launchpad or the duplicity workflow, but here's a backend driver for Oracle BMC:

hey CJ,

would you mind modifying the man page accordingly, especially sections REQUIREMENTS and URL FORMATS ?

I've updated the Oracle backend to reflect the fact that it's now called OCI and not BMC, and I've also added some details to the man page.

Cheers!
