Is there a working version of a volume browser? Fuse of GUI version?

Asked by ddofborg

I'd like to be able to browse (as a filesystem) my backuped files by date and restore (parts) by copying them to my location of choice.

Is there a working version of a volume browser? Using fuse of GUI version? I'm a Mac/Ubuntu user.

Thanks!

sorry.. there is no such thing.. especially listing file versions and attributes is a field that needs still a lot of development to become more user friendly.. ede/duply.net

There 'was' such a thing, right? See http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/duplicity-tracker/2008-04/msg00009.html

In any case it would be VERY helpful in restoring the right files. And I think restoring is the most important part of backing up :)
