2 backup locations simultanous

Is it possible to backup to 2 locations synchronously maybe to al local NAS storge and the same data and increments to amazon s3 or other online storage? Or do i have to do 2 complete seperate backup jobs for each storage?

The recommended way to handle this would be to backup to the NAS first, then
rsync to the offline site. This provides speed in restore from the local
backups, and geographical security by having backups at two sites.
