Does DSHub support SSL/TLS (ADCS)?

I would like to know if DSHub supports SSL/TLS connections, either just hub/client encryption, or with client/client encryption as well. I am sure this question has been addressed before, but I am unable to find any relevant information after numerous searches. Thx!

Client- Client connections do not depend on the hubsoft. DC++ client , for example, connects via TLS if the other peer supports it also. So c-c connections are already encrypted in this case...
