Can i make certifikates for DS HUB? - Must i do that with Java?
When Yes - How can i do that?
When not - Does it comes in future Versions?

Not yet. DSHub doesn't support ADCS extension at least at the moment. Check this tracker for more information : http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1828821&group_id=197166&atid=960378
It will be available in future versions.
That tracker manages this upcoming feature.
