No icon or application works in ubuntu 13.10

Hi
I did a fresh install of Ubuntu to 13.10
Put Drawers back on my new install. Then I created a Paswods App drawer
Went to Add the KeyPassX from Dash
Now I get Star icon for KeyPassx app in the Password App drawer.
It dosnt wor'k either when I click on the Star icon in the KeyPassx drawer.
For drawer ITem Editor Properties are as follows, all properties are blank
Name: Blank
Exec: Blank
Icon Blank

Please also find output form version number below.

apt-cache policy drawers
drawers:
  Installed: 13.3.1-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 13.3.1-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 13.3.1-0ubuntu1 0
        500 https://private-ppa.launchpad.net/commercial-ppa-uploaders/drawers/ubuntu/ quantal/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I think this is related to another bug. Currently I'm in the middle of a
massive work project, so won't be able to get to it immediately
