DOLFIN

dolfin::real and gmp

Is dolfin::real still being used? I do not find any reference to it in the c++ source code anymore. How is gmp used now?

It was used in the ODE solver, which is now removed, but it will be
reintroduced later. It is not straight forward to use gmp for the PDE part as
we rely on linear algebra libraries, which makes it nontrivial to use external
high precision libraries.
