Docky configuration - manual alternative?

Hi,

I have a problem - I added a new panel to docky which I later decided I didn't want. Unfortunately, when I go "Preferences" -> click to select unwanted panel -> "Delete Dock", docky crashes. I have filed a bug report (https://bugs.launchpad.net/docky/+bug/491527) but in the meantime is there a way to manually alter the configuration file for docky? If there is, where is it stored?

That bug has been fixed.

All of Docky's settings are in gconf, for future reference.
