Is there any way to modify de icon of the launcher of applycations ?

How can I add an icon to my launchers or applications because some of my aplications have the ugly gray question mark and with many of them opened at the same time its difficult to choose the right one.
So how doues Docky look for the icon or what?

Since Docky 2 is still in an early development phase, we are working on matching windows to launchers. Once we release, if it cant find a match it will grab the icon from the window instead of showing the 'default' icon you see now.

Is (will) there be a way to override matching and manually specify an icon pixmap for an application?
