Docky

If have an OOo icon in docky & open it, I get 2 OOo icons

Hi,
Great work guys, I could 't be without Docky.

I have an OOo Calc speadsheet file I open at least daily, so I put it on Docky. But when I open it, I then get another OOo icon on Docky indicating the open file. I just want the shortcut icon already present to change to indicate it is now open (by using the blue indicator underneath.
 (This was the behaviour in Do I had prior to installing Docky as a standalone. Sorry for mentioning this if it's annoying but I thought it relevant)
Docky ver. is 2.0.0-Alpha-1 docky-2.0~bzr617.
