Where are the files located for making a theme?

Could someone please let me know where the folders are containing all of the images used for Docky themes? I have found a folder that has the different backgrounds, but I cannot find the images for the 'active' and 'running' application icons anywhere. I appreciate your help in advance :)

Icons are not part of Docky's themes. Icons are pulled directly from your standard GTK icon themes. Please investigate GTK icon themes to learn more.
