Source code of Gnome-Do

Asked by Samuel

There is one question I would like to see clarified. Why not use the old source code of Gnome-Do / do Docky), since it is stable and well through this code do not change to innovation?

Docky2 is in fact much more stable. Docky2 is a complete rewrite, which gives us the time to fix things correctly, instead of just patching up the old docky. Docky2's codebase is much more concise, and much clearer.

I really dig the new Docky, but I crave the Gnome-Do integration so badly! Are you still planning to reimplement that, and if so, how are the plans coming along? Best from a happy happy Docky user (and it's ooooh so pretty!).
