Big red X when running Thunderbird

Hi!
I've been running Gnome-Do for a while, mostly running it in dock-mode.
Now I've compiled Docky and I like it, but some times I miss Do.
Now my question...
When I run Thunderbird, I get a big reg X for icon in docky even when I have a launcher for TB in Docky.
After some investigation I noticed that Do have this file ~/.local/share/gnome-do/RemapFile, I guess it's why it work in Do. Should I start a bug/wish for a list like that for Docky?

I don't think Do's remap file necessarily aided in the finding of application icons. I'll take a look. I want to investigate using GIO to get the icons instead of just searching the .desktop file. This bug was also reported, so please follow any status updates here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/docky/+bug/453882
