Docky Configure fails at Fedora 25

When I run configure at latest fedora I get following error message:
checking for dmcs... no
checking for gmcs... no
./configure: line 6989: no: command not found
configure: error: gmcs is too old (found , need >= 2.0)

I cant find any dmcs or gmcs packages for fedora 25

Any idea how to solve this problem?
