Feature Change Suggestion

Asked by Hyuristyle

Hello All. First of all, many thanks for your work. Really Appreciated... Great Work!

Can I make a suggestion here?

I was exploring Docky features and found that, if you Roll Up/Down the Middle-Button of the Mouse on an Icon, you can restore the Window. But if you Roll Down while the Window is opened, nothing happens. The point is that would be really great if we could Roll Up to Restore and Roll Down to Minimize.

Thanks for your attention!

The feature works slightly different than you describe.

Scrolling the mouse wheel over an item will rotate focus through all opened windows for that item. Try opening 3 windows for an item and then scroll over it and you will see the behavior.

In the process of focusing the window(s), it will of course unminimize them if needed.

The key is, you aren't seeing how the actual feature works because you are testing it on only a single window.

Oh, yep. I forgot that!
But, in a Single Window isn't better to have the behavior that i had mentioned?
Maybe a condition that apply one behavior in a Single Window case and Apply another behavior with a Multiple Window case?

Obs.: Sorry for my english, i am not a native speaker. (Brazilian)

No we favor consistency. Having the scroll do different things based on the number of open windows is too confusing.

Can you help with this problem?
