Grouping windows and New design

Hi.

First thanks for this useful dock.
i think Docky needs disable/enable option for grouping windows. Because when we work with many windows it is becomeing hard...

And i have idea i dont know what will you think...
Big boxes ? i think the image explains everything. Sory for my bad and insufficient english :)

This was a core feature and it is not feasible to change it.
