How to remove colored gradient?

I'm using the Glass theme of Docky in 2d-mode and the icon of the current window is underlaid with a gradient fitting to the icons color. I don't really like that look, is there any possibility to remove that color gradient? (View http://ubuntuone.com/p/UfZ/)

No, there is not and there will not be such an option in the foreseeable future.
