Wine app launchers do not show running programs

Using the default wine shortcuts created in the virtual start menu or even creating your own direct launcher to an application makes docky show two icons (one icon for the launcher, another icon for the running instance). This happens with the tested application MS Office 2007. Also, no "pin to dock" option is available on the running program.

This is a failure to match the wine windows to their launchers. Please file a bug report *IF* one does not already exist. Please search. Failure to search and filing a duplicate bug will result in me throwing muffins at you.

I did search the answers, just not the bugs. If this is a bug you can just say so rather than getting all angry about it.
