wrong icon for nautilus

An old problem has reappeared with an upgrade to meerkat and Docky 2.1.0 bzr docky r1659 ppa. Instead of the the file cabinet icon with the "File Manager" tooltip for a nautilus window I get the Brasero icon with the tooltip "CD/DVD Creator". It's a bit hard to pin down since it occurs on one machine, while on two others the correct icon and tooltip show. I vaguely remember this going away after a Docky update, but it happened so long ago I can't remember when and how. Can anyone with a better memory or more knowledge help me?

For what it's worth, after updating from r1664, where a nautilus window had the correct icon and title, to r1665, now the correct icon is displayed but the title is now CD/DVD Creator.

Can you help with this problem?
