Beginner ? - How do i update from 2.0.4 to 2.0.5?

Hi

I'm fairly new with linux (runnning ubuntu 10.04) and have no idea how to update from docky 2.0.4 to 2.0.5. The update manager is no help so I'm wondering if it needs to be done through the terminal? If so a walk-thru would be helpful.
