Is there a shortcut for opening new instance?

Asked by Martin Larsson

I have a docklet for a Terminal window that I use quite often. But clicking it doesn't help much. It restores/minimizes one of the open terminals, and the only way to start a new one is to right-click and select from the menu. Would it be possible to iterate through the open windows with consecutive clicks? And open a new one by f.x. holding the Ctrl-key?

You can already iterate through open windows by scrolling on an application.

You can also open a new instance of an application by middle clicking on that application. I do however like your idea of using ctrl + click to create a new instance, though. I've added that to docky just now, rev 1501.

Can you help with this problem?
