Finding New Docklets & Helpers

This may be a stupidly simple question, but where on this Launchpad sit can I find new Docklets and Helpers to install into my Docky. For example I have read people mentioning a Google Calender Docklet/Helper but I don't know where to find it to download it. I have looked in my Docky to see if it is there for me to just enable it but it is not there. So where are all these Docklets and Helpers kept on this site.
